How can i make resolution to Done automatically

Hello,

How can i change existing and future tasks Resolution from "Unresolved" to "Done"? I tried looking for postfunctions and triggers in the workflow but i couldn't find them. Please let me know.

Hi @Naveen Sidda ,

you should use update issue field postfuction and define the desired resolution value in your resolve transition. For the existing issue you can use a bulk operation to change them massively (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-861257342.html). Please make sure that your closed issue can be edited.
