How can i remove old dashboards that belonged to people who have now left my organisation

To delete a shared dashboard, go to Settings > System > Shared items  and under Dashboard look for the ones you want to delete, then click on the three dot menu to delete it.

Hi @John Barnett ,

first of all, dashboard deletion could have impact on your existing active users. Some dashboards, created by users now inactive, could be shared with other groups/projects.

My suggestion is impersonate user (https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/log-in-as-another-user/) and check dashboards managed. If a dashboard is private, you can delete it, if it is shared you can change ownership so it can be used by others users.
