Hello,
When we were updating our atlassian subscriptions and trying to setup new confluence space, our jira software subscription and all projects deleted.
How can i restore deleted plan.
Thank you very much.
Hello @Renticar Admin
I am a PMM at Rewind and our team is developing a Jira backup service that will provide automatic daily backups and on-demand restores.
Rewind backups will cover projects as well as issues, epics, sprints and more (40+ items). If you ever need your projects back again in the future, it will take you a few clicks with Rewind. Here is our website if you're interested to learn more: https://rewind.com/products/backups/jira/
It's currently in free Alpha phase and very easy to setup. If you'd like to try it out, please reply here or send me a note at ahmet.ozcelik@rewind.io and we'll get you access.
Hi,
I see that you have started an evaluation of standard support and have since created a support ticket over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-740440
While restoring data is not always possible in Cloud sites, if it is possible it will require a support ticket like this one if it is. Please continue with our support team on that ticket to resolve this.
Thanks
Andy

Hi @Renticar Admin , if you created a backup recently you ca restore for that. If not then I would point you to Atlassian support to see if they can assist. With that said it is unclear to me how projects were deleted when updating your subscription. Is it possible that you created a new instance and the previous still exists?

Hi, Yes as you specified. I think we were downgrading from the trial version to the free version. But then the software was reset. The welcome screen now appears.

So unfortunately if you are on free you don't receive official support. I have never attempted downgrading fro trial to free. There are some limitations with free and it is possible that your trial projects aren't supported in free as configured but not really sure about that without understanding more. I will see if someone can assist further on this post.
