How can i run .jar files without server ?

I developed a jira plugin but my server is out of work so i need a experiment environment for seeing how is my project.Do you know any thing to run jar files without using server.

If it's a plugin, you need a Jira to run it inside.

If it's so far abstracted from Jira to be run independently, I'd have to question why you've bothered to write it as a plugin. (but java -jar xyz.jar is your starting point)
