How can i stop new users creation every time they get a link ?

Hey all
We had an old domain we changed, and what happens is that every time a person in the company gets a link to something in Jira and he is using a different device or so, when he presses the link it creates a new user under his name.

How can I prevent it please :)?

Hi @Eran Roiter ,

Never heard of this sort of behaviour, could you provide more details as to how the user is able to create new users? As far as I know, Jira Server/DC does not allow basic users to create users. Is the user a non-admin user?
