Hello,

 

with this . Tis is not really an Upgrade manual !!!! There is not standing how to start and any more

No, it's using the word "manual" in the sense of "doing it yourself, by hand", the opposite of an "automatic" upgrade.

It gives you the steps you need to follow to upgrade a Jira system manually, without using an installer.
