How can manage bitbucket and jira account

Now, we have two accounts one for jira and other for bitbucket, both are conectted but I want to manage (billing, roles, user access...) from my account. How can I do that?. 

I create an account on Bitbucket but I cannot join with existing Superfuds' Bitbucket account.
