Hi,
I have follwed the steps, ( i have used my own workflow )
1. Create issue - It is in open
2. Change open to resolve and set resolution is "Fixed"
3. Reopen the issue, the resolution value is not changed it present in "Fixed"
I need to reset Resolution value is "Unresolved" when the state is changed from Resolved to open.
Please provide steps for achieving my goal.
Check your workflow post-function on the trasnsition to Reopen status. You would need to include the "Resolution of the issue will be cleared". See Advanced workflow configuration for more info on post-functions.
