How can stop multiple mail notification for "period of work log" in "On demand JIRA"

Hi,

I am new user for JIRA. When i update the log work for an issue using "Period" ( 1 week period ) option, an multiple mail is received for this period issue log work. How can stop this multiple mail notification in "On demand Jira"
