The requirement is to develop a formula for calculating downtime based on inputs such as the total number of assets. A sample formula provided is downtime = (31*24*60) / total number of assets. This formula should be customized based on further details and implemented in Jira using a script.

Hi @Ashok Shembde 

Had to ask as this question is tagged as Jira & Free plan and not JSM & Premium/Enterprise. -> By assets do you mean JSM assets?

If not, is that a custom field?
