I want to know about how to change default predefined project templates and also how to create new project template.

Currently, it's not possible to use customized templates for Jira Cloud projects.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Thanks for the answer but i want to create new process template so that i can able to automate our processes.

Hi Ashish,

The templates are created by the system and it's not possible to edit or copy it to customize. We will have to wait for the feature to be implemented. Currently, there are some add-ons that could help, but it's for Jira Server, not for Jira Cloud.

Does the system means "Administrator"? Like overall JIRA cloud administrator.

No, the "system" that I meant is related to what was built/developed in Jira by our dev team and cannot be changed.
