How can we change from Jira Software (Server) to Cloud?

We have purchased an annual subscription for the Jira (Server)- SEN-10296125. We were using a trial version of Cloud service. The trial expired and its asking for renewal. We just need to use the Cloud service. Is it possible to update the Jira Server subscription to Cloud subscription; and also have the same site working?

Contact https://support.atlassian.com - they can help you move the money you've spent on Server over to Cloud (if it's within 30 days of purchase)

Then you can activate the Cloud trial and carry on working.
