I created a new project using an existing project's Scrum board. However, any changes I make in the new project are automatically applied to the existing project. Now, I want to create a different screen. How can I do this? Please provide the steps.

To fix this, you’ll need to create a separate screen and screen scheme specifically for the new project. Go to Jira Settings -> Issues -> Screens, and create a new screen with the fields you want. Then go to Screen Schemes, create a new one, and associate it with your new screen.

After that, create a new Issue Type Screen Scheme and link it to the screen scheme you just made. Finally, go to your new project’s settings, find Screens, and assign the new Issue Type Screen Scheme there. That way, the new project will have its own screens and won’t affect the original one anymore.

Also check if both projects share workflows or field configurations, as those can cause similar crossover issues.
