How can we customize the size, look and feel of whole screen for create issue and edit issue in JIRA 5.1?

While opening Create/Edit Issue in new tab or new browser, the look of screens is not same as erliear version of jira. The create button is comming on the top right side of the screen. the dbcf custom field is exceeding the screen size. so, is there any way to customize the size, look and feel of whole screen for create issue and edit issue in JIRA 5.1?

The problem has been resolved. The problem was with javascript code we are for cutomization.

Yes, but you'll need to get stuck into the core .vm .jspa and .css files to do it. For most of it, you probably won't need to download the source code, the files you need to edit will be in your server, but you will need to recompile the .war file after making your changes.

Bear in mind that there could be quite a lot to do, and you'll need to revisit all your changes each time Atlassian release a new version.
