How can we disable Internal note(comment) if this possible? If not how can we change sender (it is admin but we want change sender to support email) there? Thanks!

Please have a look at your project Automation section. I suspect there is an automation rule that is set to run as 'you'. Whether it is in Automation or somewhere else (addon, system rule, etc) for sure this is the reason. Once you identify what automation is running you can change the user.
