Hi @Richaanand

If you need to get the result without additional calculating with a script according to your calendar (business working hours, etc) you need to use an app. There are a bunch of samples on the Marketplace but I can suggest my company's Enhancer Plugin which comes with a handy Response Time Calculator custom field. With this field, you will be able to get exact results, even for the issues which have been already resolved. You can also use that field in your Jira searches, in JQL (after reindexing for sure).

Cheers!

Hey @Richaanand ,

For more information on the ticket, navigate to the bottom and under the activity, select the activity tab which will provide you all relevant information for when the issue was created, when it was on-hold for etc! For more information on those fields, I'd advise to create some reports so you can see visually the amount of time that an issue was on hold for! To get further information on time between creation and resolution of a bug, again custom reporting can reveal that information for you :)

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Ashley Hudson
