We already subscribed for an account on Jira Software, Now we are facing some difficulties and need a training on using it.

How can we get a training on it from Jira team?

Hi Doaa,

That depends on what kind of training you are looking for...There are some very good YouTube videos on how to do just about anything in Jira,  Atlassian has online training available for various skillets, and there are a number of third-party partners that provide training on Jira.

Here is the Atlassian University page. A Google search should show you third party vendors that provide training in your area.
