How can we go about fixing the resolution of issues that we’re incorrectly set with resolution Done as a result of the issue caused the post function?

There are a few ways to do this, but it's impossible to use a simple bulk edit. I assume you have already figured that out. 😅

Either you use a transition and bulk transition the issues or the use of a workflow app. These are the most common approaches. You can see a detailed description here: Bulk edit resolutions in Jira
