How can we have a ticketing email by project ?

we need to receive ticket from client.. so i have both question :

1) is it possible to have a level for client and can check only their own ticket ? and not display all tickets of the project

2) can we generate a email for each project and client can send a mail to this email and generate a ticket ?

Hi @Anthonioz Franck and welcome to Community!

Are you using Jira Service Desk? If not, I would highly recommend giving it a look:

  • you can configure customer permissions so that customers can only see their own requests
  • customers can send emails to a specific email address to create new requests and add comments to existing ones
