How can we manage a sprint board across multiple timezones?

The board settings for a sprint in JIRA, only allow for one timezone to be selected. But our team has developers and Project Managers across different timezones. This would clearly affect the start and close timings for a sprint so how do we get around that?

Everybody on the team - regardless of where they are on the planet - should set the timezone in their Jira preferences, as well as their own personal dev computer, to Down Under.
