×For example, after a project meeting, there will be many open points that will be attributed to different persons of the project. Can we manage these open points with Jira ?
Hi @Daniel Drouin
Welcome to the community!
You can manage open points from project meetings by treating each open point as a task or action item.
After each project meeting, create a Jira issue for every open point discussed. These issues should include a clear summary, detailed description, and be assigned to the responsible team member. You can use labels or the project name to categorize them. If needed, add custom fields such as meeting date, priority, or follow-up status to provide more context.
To keep track of progress, organize these issues on a dedicated Jira board either Kanban or Scrum depending on your team's workflow. You can then create filters to view open points by assignee, due date, or status, and display them on a dashboard using gadgets like issue filter, pie charts, or burndown charts etc. This approach ensures that open points are visible, actionable, and trackable throughout the project lifecycle.
