I have a parent ticket in current sprint and it has four child tickets in it.But I'm not able to show the child ticket on the scrum jira board. How to show the child tickets along with the parent tickets?
Hello @Pooja Singh
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What is the Issue Type of the child issue?
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel on the left when you are viewing the project. You can also get that information from the Type column of the View all projects page under the Projects menu.
The answers from @Nicolas Rigaill and @G subramanyam are assuming that your child issues are children of Epics, however Epics themselves are not typically assigned to Sprints. Therefore, I am wondering if your child issues are Sub-tasks instead. The method for displaying Sub-tasks on a Scrum board depends on whether you are working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project.
hi @Pooja Singh ,
Make sure that chlidren ticket types are included in your filter's scope.
I guess your parent ticket is an epic, if so you can use swimlane to group children tickets by their Epic parent.
