Upon testing, we noticed some SLAs are not arranged in proper order. Is there a way to sort the SLA? We need to fix something like this SLA results. See the attached photo below.

AFAIK, this is not possible. They are sorted in the order that they are created. You could re-create all your SLAs in the order desired but I'm not sure that would be worth it. I also checked JAC for a suggestion but did not find anything.
