How can we sort the arrangement of SLA?

Upon testing, we noticed some SLAs are not arranged in proper order. Is there a way to sort the SLA? We need to fix something like this SLA results. See the attached photo below.

Hi, @Mela 

If you need to sort SLA, I see 2 options how to do this:

  1. You can try  SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on and filter them via the option I show on the screenshot below:

  2. In the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on there is an opportunity to export data to the Excel file and there you can arrange it in the correct order.

AFAIK, this is not possible. They are sorted in the order that they are created. You could re-create all your SLAs in the order desired but I'm not sure that would be worth it. I also checked JAC for a suggestion but did not find anything.
