How cand I use my account?

Hello,

I have an account on https://jira.weareplanet.com/, but I get the following error after the log in:

6b18f666-66f5-4101-acd3-394221d84ba0

Also, I have an account on planet.atlassian.net., but after the login, the message is: andreea.ion@bit-soft.ro doesn't have access to Jira on planet.atlassian.net.

Can you please help me?

Welcome to community!

The https://jira.weareplanet.com/ URL is not an atlassian cloud site but a on-permise install of Jira and planet.atlassian.net is an Atlassian cloud site. 

The logins and access could be totally different for both these Jira instances.

The best person to give you support is the Jira admins of the instances. Please reach out to them about licenses and access.

Have you tried logging in using a different browser or an incognito/private window?

If the issue persists, please make sure your email account has the necessary permissions to access Jira.

You can also check the project permissions. You can manage permission schemes by going to Jira settings > Permission. From there, you can see who has the Browse Projects permission and confirm whether you are included. You may ask a Jira Admin to check this for you.
