How change ranking permision?

Hi,

First of all : i Already read, https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configuring-permissions-for-ranking-and-scheduling-in-jira-agile-779158923.html

We have just made the jump for JIRA Software and we are switching projects one by one.

We move to JIRA software to be able to rank Issues, but we just want to restricted permission to a few people.

We have 4 Project Role:

- Project Lead :  He could do everything in the project

- Product Manager : He could transition issue from "Backlog" to "Todo" and Ranking Issues together.

- Developer :  Could do everything on Issue, except Ranking.

- User : Could Create, and comment.

If I read comment on Schedule issues Permission: "Ability to view or edit an issue's due date."

We want to our Developer have access to  "due date" mainly on view!

And we need to our developer have access to "Assign Issues permission."

Is there a way to add permission "Ranking" ?
