How could I create project not using template?

How could I create project without using template?

Whenever I want to create project it gives me only option with creating it using 

template.

Currently, there is no option to create a project without the template. The templates are provided/ enabled as guidelines with a basic set-up. This can be customised as per your business use case like adding a new issue type, editing the screens, adding custom fields etc.

Let me know if you need help with such customizations.
