How do I access my Canva account from Jira?

Hi, thanks for taking the time to look into this for me. I added the Canva for Jira app, but when I select it, a white box pops up on the right that reads "Error" but there's no other information in the box. 

However, the prompt for inserting my Canva link still shows up, so I try adding the link, but when I submit it, the error box pops up again. 

After adding Canva for Jira, I was never asked to log in to my Canva account, so I suspect this has something to do with it, but I don't see any way to log in.

My Canva account & my Atlassian account are under 2 different email addresses, is that what's causing the error, or do you think it may be something else?

Thanks. I guess I'll take this as a hint to go to sleep, but hopefully you guys can tell me what's going on here.

When it comes to Apps, it's often best to contact the vendor directly to ask for assistance.

Assuming it's this App, the contact options are visible in the support tab. If it's not this app, most apps should have contact details in this tab :)
