One of our member who has an project admin access doesn't have similar Export options. He got less options than mine. I could filter my board and export to a file. In this case, I demonstrated to him that he can export his query report by using Export to Excel CSV (filter fields), then we noticed that it's not showing this option using his credentials.
Is there a way to turn-on/off these export options? Thanks!
Hi,
Here's how it looks like. THough I spoke with a support, when he logged using the user's credentials, apparently he gave me instructions to clear cache and updating the browser. We wil still try if that will resolve the issue.
Hi @Marivi Almazan ,
Can you add a snapshot of both the views?
From what you've mentioned I've not come across any permissions that restrict User specific exports. https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/prevent-data-export/ this is one feature that allows a site-wide restriction of exports, but in your case this too doesn't seem to be the case.
Has the user tried the same function in a different browser perhaps?
Also, please check "Issues View" is being used to view issues, eg.
https://<sitename>.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/<project name>/issues
Or
https://<sitename>.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=created%20%3E%3D%20-30d%20order%20by%20created%20DESC
since both of these views have a different UI and may have resulted in different options.

hi, I don't think he's restricted. So, we made him a site-admin and then later on he can see the complete options. But when I'm in contact with Atlassian support, I was asked to remove the site admin settings for him to test. Apparently, he can see the list using my member's credentials. But, I put him back as a site-admin, however, he couldn't see the complete list again, even if he's a site admin this time.
