How do I add column to Bulk Operations screen in jira?

Hi Clay,

Before you go to run the bulk operation, you should have an area on the top right that let you select the columns you want on that list. That was in your search navigation screen before you selected bulk.

Once you select your column on that screen. You can drag and drop the column on appropriate position where your red pointer is. Then select the bulk operation like you did.
