How do I add more fields on my scrum board. Example ready for testing /demo /accepted before done..

My board has TO DO IN PROGRESS and DONE

I'd like to insert (after in progress) READY FOR TESTING - DEMO - ACCEPTED before DONE.

Hi Dwight - Welcome to the Community!

You will need to modify your Workflow first, if you haven't already, to add those statuses with the appropriate transitions.

Once that is done, you should be able to modify your board to add the new columns and drag in the new statuses.

how you do this depends on the type of project, cloud, server, etc.

can you provide a screenshot of your current board and sidebar?
