How do I add subtasks to a story?

Click "create sub-task" in the ... actions menu (to the right of the issue view).

Once you have one on the story, it will be shown in a panel, which has a button for adding more.

Note - this assumes you have at least one sub-task issue type in your projects "issue type scheme"
