How do I become and Administrator

Can anyone help with what steps to take to become and Admin . I want to sync Atlassian with ZEPHYR . Thank You .

Please reach out to your JIRA System Administrator who manages the permissions. Please refer the document  to know more about how to connect Zephyr Enterprise/Community Edition  with JIRA.

Look for your JIRA system Admin to add you to jira-Administrators group

As the existing admins to give you admin level.
