How do I bring back a field that is in reporting but has gone missing from the web form?

We have a field called Original Time Entry that is available when I export a query, but is no longer available on the web for current or new stories. We are struggling to figure out how to bring back this field so that we can track the time worked against our stories. Can you help me figure out what is going on?

So with limited information I can suggest a couple of places to look.

1. Did someone change the board configuration to a different estimate type. Like from time to story points?

2. Make sure no one changed the permission scheme for the project and removed the log work permission in the project for those who need access.

3. Make sure the Log Work module/field is actually on your Create/Edit/View screens.
