How do I change an issue's project?

I created an issue under the wrong project.  How do I change the project to be the correct one?

Think of it the other way around - the project is not a attribute of the issue, the issue is a part of the project.  You don't want to change the project, you want to move the issue from one project to another...

You'll need "move issue" permission in the source project and "create issue" in the target project to do this.
