How do I change domain name?

Hi Team,

How do I change the domain? Eg: If the current domain is https://sophos.atlassian.net and is it possible to change it to jira.sophos.net for accessing Jira?

Hi @vallabha.nadagouda ,

unfortunately it is still not possible, even though it is highly requested feature.

You can only change the site name (in your case sophos) to something else, but I think you need to ask Atlassian support for this.

@Hana Kučerová, This is a question similar to mine. But I want to change the subdomain name as you suggested above. For example, we are using the URL "abc.atlassian.net" and want to change it to "abcd.atlassian.net" without breaking any rules and without losing the data. Because we have a lot of repos and employees are connected. Please advise.
