How do I change my email and password on the Community Website?

I have left my company, but would like to retain my account on the Community website. How can I change my email and reset my password? Thank you.

Just to add - my previous company has used Okta as a single sign-in tool, thus I am prevented from adjusting my profile. Is there any other way of preserving my account?
