How do I change my password?

Hi, 

I'm using JIRA cloud and I'm the administrator of the site. When I tried to change my password using the Manage Your Account page, under the Security tab, the page just hangs after I clicked on the Save Changes button. May I know why this is happening and is there any other way to change my password ?

Do you have a managed account?

For example, if your account is managed by Google, you'll need to to your Google account settings to change your password, not on https://id.atlassian.com.

Besides that, what happens if you try to use this link https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword to reset your password?

Hi @Scrum Master,

have you tried changing your password using my.atlassian.com?

Cloud uses your atlassian user.

Unless I'm very wrong here. Let me know if that helps.

my.atlassian.com only allows me to add a new email account, not reset the password of the existing account
