How do I change subdomain of my current JIRA cloud?

Hi team,
I want to change my existing subdomain for JIRA

I came through this link: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-7184
which says to create a support ticket to do so.
I created a ticket for the same (CA-872289) but the team asked me to post the query on ATLASSIAN COMMUNITY. So I am doing it here. 

Please let me know if anyone has knowledge about this.

Atlassian will change your address, but not if you 

• Ask too often (I have not seen an official number, but I've heard you can change once a year at most)
• Have only a starter licence (10 people or free), apparently.

Hi @ng-parth ,

We don't currently support the ability to change the URL of your cloud site. Since this isn't supported, the workaround is to migrate to a new site with your desired URL.
