How do I change time default to hours instead of minutes?

When I enter time in the Original & Remaining Estimate fields, it defaults to minutes as the measure of time instead of hours - is it possible to change this?

For example, I'll enter the number 4 into the field and since I didn't specify a time unit, it labels it as 4m (minutes).
