How do I create a new team/space ?

I'm trying to delete a team/site/space, or the thing that goes before .atlassian.net . And also make a new one with a different name.

I found this page that explains how to do it, except I don't see any "teams" section anywhere. https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/adding-and-removing-teams-802170541.html

I'm using the free version of Jira Cloud. Any help will be valued.
