How do I create enum field type in next-gen board

I've created a next-gen board for our project - in it I've created columns:
- Open
- In Progress
- In PR
- Testing
- Done

Now, I'd like that if given task progresses within Done column, a user should specify the (required) Resolution field that is selectable from a list of possible resolutions (Duplicate, Not an Issue, Done, Can't Replicate etc.)

This presents two questions:
- how can I create a list field type?
- how can I create a field that is only setup when given task is within given column?

I think this functionality already exists within old project setup.

Next-gen projects do not have the same functionality as classic project. Select lists are not there yet, but they are on the roadmap for next-gen projects.
