I am using Jira for a team of about 10 people. I am the only one who can create quick filters for the board and they are asking for various filters to quickly show specific things. Now, it is not too difficult to create the quick filters, however, what do I do when the whole team are not interested in seeing all of the filters? Fx one person needs 2 types of filters but does not need the ones made for three other people and would like these do be hidden on her view of the kanban board.
How is this possible?
@Pernille Kjær Aagaard if you're on Jira server you can do it using the Agile Tools & Filters app
You can have private board and backlog filters, team filters, including a way to import filters between boards using a quite complex Filters Manager.
Can I create private filters for others? And how do I get that complex filter manager?

Yes each user can create a set of his personal filters or the board admin can do it for them.

There's no way to do this. Filters belong to the board, and don't have any functions around visibility - if you have a quick filter, it's available on the board.

Ok, thank you. Too bad. We could really use a function like that so we don't drown in filters :)

There should be an ‘only my issues’ or ‘assigned to me’ QF by default. If not simply add one. This allows the current logged in user to filter out all it those assigned to them.
”assigned to me” - Assignee = currentuser()

Yes, but what if that user needs to see all issues assigned to two other users. Then I would make a filter such as Assignee = xxx AND etc. but the rest of the 9 users of the board are not interested in these quick filters so they do not want the actual quick filters to be shown on their view of the board. How do I hide those quick filters on their bard views and only have them shown on the first person's view?
