I have created an epic and related issues in the roadmap view.  I now want to be able to view these in the board view to progress to-do's through to completion.  Please can anybody advise me as I can't yet find a way of doing this!

Hi @David Foggin

I assume you're using Next-Gen?

Issues should appear on your board automatically - it's worth checking though which Features you have activated also though that might be hiding issues in the Backlog.

To see the Features, you'll need to have the project role "Administrators" and then go to Project Settings > Features

  1. Backlog: If activated, you'll have "Board" and "Backlog" in the left-hand menu. Select Backlog and drag issues into the board segment at the top of this page.
  2. Sprints: If activated, you'll need to go to the Backlog page, create a sprint, add issues to it and start it for issues to show on the Board page.

^ Note that Epics do not display on the board - you can only filter by them using the "Epic" drop-down field inline with the search bar.

Enhanced views of the board are coming soon - see what is in the works on the Public Roadmap.

If this isn't what you meant, let me know so I can advise further :)
