How do I do a conditional formatting for Jira to only show specific fields

I am trying to do a conditional formatting in Jira. There are 2 different sets of fields I would like to show. I plan to create 2 radio buttons, "Yes" and "No". If the user selects "Yes", a specific sets of field will appear. If the user selects "No", another set of fields will appear. Could anyone guide me on it or is it doable?

You should create a custom field of Select List (cascading).
