We are using a Service Desk in the Cloud and we have set a Notification Scheme for certain events. The notifications that come through we need to edit like we can for customer notifications, but I can't see where I can access this. Can you point me in the right direction please? Here's an example of a notification that has been generated.

its possible to edit/create email templates in the Jira file system. There is documentation available to do this but I wouldn’t recommend it.

You can edit only customer notifications. You can not edit agent notifications.
