How do I edit the issue detail view layout in Jira Cloud?

I have a few third-party plugins in my Jira Cloud instance. I'd like the ability to manage where in the Issue Detail view they appear so that they match the priorities of our devs – e.g. Smart checklist should be featured prominently as it is used for acceptance criteria.
