I recently purchased a few JIRA training courses and the audio doesn't seem to be playing on the videos. I tested the audio out on other websites (news sites, YouTube, etc) and there's no problem there. But when I log into my Atlassian account and begin the training courses, there's no audio. I completed the free courses for JIRA a few weeks ago and had the same problem, but those had captions/ subtitles so at least I knew what was being said in them.
I really hope someone can help me soon, I paid a lot of money for these courses and can only access them for 30 days.
The training courses are working for me. Have you checked with a different browser, and made sure you are not muting or blocking the sound?
I actually sent an email to the Atlassian helpdesk and they told me that it had to do with certain browsers not supporting the training videos. I was using Firefox and ended up downloading Chrome, and now the videos' audio works perfectly! Thanks!

Tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari and no audio worked. This is really annoying. Is there an open Ticket?
This can't work! Downloaded the Video from "Opsgenie 101", its a MP4 File with NO AUDIO STREAM in it .... probably a export issue from the content creator. @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- can you get into it?
here is the path for the Videofile:

I have reinstalled audio drivers, browsers, edited registry, created some shortcuts with fancy parameters, changed the system audio settings, played with the sandboxed audio and.... finally I found the post above saying that some training videos do not have any audio stream (which surprisingly seems to be true). Great.....
