How do I enable backlog in Kanban board in the new UI

The documentation indicates to select the ellipses to enable the backlog; however, I am unable to locate the ellipses.

Hi Amanda,

If you go to the Kanban software development project you have created, you will see the eclipses just below the project avatar on the left-hand panel. 

Create a board if you have not done that.
