I am moving my JIRA from a Windows server to a Centos server and Backup does not get the attachments. How do I do that?

@Kelly Carter  You will have your attachments folder in your windows - you can just copy from window and pplace it in your linux server.

If you have installed jira in linux already - it will have also the same folder structure.

Just copy and paste the attachment folder.

Hi @Kelly Carter

Please check this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver079/migrating-jira-applications-to-another-server-950288235.html

It describes the complete process to migrate Jira between servers.

In your case, you must create a zip file from your Jira home directory and move it manually to the new server.

Hope this helps
