How do I filter to only have a specific issue updating in a slack channel?

We have created channels for specific features and would like to be able to only get updates in the channel for a specific Epic.  We have one huge project for all of our development efforts and feature work is done in Epics (and even Stories for smaller efforts), and I only see where I can connect a project; that would just spam a channel to where no one would use it. I see that I CAN restrict updates to certain types of issues, but that is still not practical; every epic or story is still way too much noise.

Unfortunately, there's a limitation on the filter that can be applied on Slack Integration. It can be configured by issue types and priority, but not for a specific issue-key.

There is a feature request created to implement a JQL Filter to specify JIRA notifications sent to Slack channels, just like it was configured for Stride Application:
